15th Annual
Silent Auction

The Public Theatre's 15th Annual Silent Auction will open May 2nd and run through May 10th, coinciding with the theatre's last show of the season, Over the River and Through the Woods by Joe DiPietro.

"The Auction would not be possible without the generous support of the scores of businesses and individuals in our community. We are very grateful for their support," noted Kathy Gleason, Board President of The Public Theatre.

You need not attend a performance to bid. Simply stop by The Public Theatre, at Libson & Maple Streets in Downtown Lewiston, during Box Office Hours. The Box Office is open 12 noon - 5pm Monday-Friday, and opens at 12 noon on performance days.

The Importance of the Silent Auction

The Auction is one of our largest fundraisers and is vital to keeping our ticket prices affordable to all. In past years this exciting event, which is our single largest fundraiser of the season, has raised thousands of dollars for The Public Theatre, contributing greatly to our ability to continue providing quality, professional theatre at a very reasonable price.

Our Auction benefits you too! Our Auction offers your company excellent exposure to over 2,000 theatergoers. We will be showing our appreciation to all of our donors with recognition in the Silent Auction brochure, as well as facilitating the display of company business cards and/or brochures in our lobby during the Auction.

How do I donate?

Making a donation to the Auction is easy. Fill out and mail the Silent Auction Donation Form. You may simply enclose your information and donation with the form, if possible. For larger items, please call or to arrange a delivery or pick up of your donation.
